Dong Keyong, born in 1953, is currently a professor of the School of Labor and Personnel of Renmin University, a senior adviser and doctoral supervisor of the People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on human resources, the dean of the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, and the director of the Human Resources Development and Management Research Center of Renmin University of China. In 2003, as a visiting professor at the University of Michigan in the United States, I taught "Economic Policy in China's System Reform" to graduate students at the Ford School of Public Policy.
