Dong Keyong, born in 1953, is currently a professor of the School of Labor and Personnel of Renmin University, a senior adviser and doctoral supervisor of the People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on human resources, the dean of the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, and the director of the Human Resources Development and Management Research Center of Renmin University of China. Enjoy special allowances from the national government. In 2003, as a visiting professor at the University of Michigan in the United States, I taught "Economic Policy in China's System Reform" to graduate students at the Ford School of Public Policy. I have been a senior visiting scholar to several countries including Canada, the United States, and the European Union (Belgium).

 

He has served as the Dean of the School of Labor and Personnel of Renmin University of China for many years, and now he is also the Director of the Institute of Social Security of Renmin University of China, a member of the International Institute of Industrial Relations (IIRA), the Vice President of the China Institute of Labor, the Deputy Secretary General of the China Institute of Labor Law, the Deputy Secretary General of the China Human Resources Development Research Association, the Chinese expert in human resources development of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the President of the China Human Resources Management Teaching Research Association, the Chinese expert in human resources development of the Pacific Economic Cooperation (PECC), and a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Human Resources Management.
