Mr. Feng Daxiuan is a renowned physicist (nuclear physics, quantum physics), educator, and fellow of the American Physical Society. He is currently the Director of Global Affairs and Special Advisor to the President of the University of Macau. He is an honorary and lecture professor at several mainland universities, including Fudan University and Nanjing University. Formerly served as a physics lecture professor at Drexel University in the United States, director of the theoretical physics group at the National Science Foundation, research vice president and physics professor at the University of Texas at Dallas, senior vice president at Tsinghua University and National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, and advisory committee member at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Brookfield National Laboratory in the United States. Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay, with deep expertise in literature and writing, often contributing ideas and experiences in columns to society, committed to promoting the internationalization of knowledge and culture. At the beginning of January 2019, Professor Feng Daxuan was employed as the chairman of the International Advisory Committee of Hainan University and honorary president of the "the Belt and Road" Research Institute of Hainan University.
